Refund policy

Who can return?
  • Items must be returned withinΒ 7 daysΒ of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • You must have your order receipt or confirmation.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned (except if defective).
Returns NOT accepted if:
  • Returned after 7 days.
  • Item is used, washed, or damaged by customer.
  • Tags or packaging removed.
  • Item is customized or a special order.
  • Hygiene items (earrings, hair accessories) with broken seal.
Refund Process:
  • Contact us first by phone or email.
  • We'll send you return address and instructions.
  • After receiving the product, inspection takes 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, refund is sent within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, only the product price is refunded.
Exchange:

You can exchange for a different size or color within 7 days. Customer pays shipping both ways.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Report within 48 hours with clear photos. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, no questions asked.
