Refund policy
Who can return?
- Items must be returned withinΒ 7 daysΒ of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
- You must have your order receipt or confirmation.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned (except if defective).
Returns NOT accepted if:
- Returned after 7 days.
- Item is used, washed, or damaged by customer.
- Tags or packaging removed.
- Item is customized or a special order.
- Hygiene items (earrings, hair accessories) with broken seal.
Refund Process:
- Contact us first by phone or email.
- We'll send you return address and instructions.
- After receiving the product, inspection takes 3β5 business days.
- If approved, refund is sent within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, only the product price is refunded.
Exchange:
You can exchange for a different size or color within 7 days. Customer pays shipping both ways.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Report within 48 hours with clear photos. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, no questions asked.
